Ra's Request

So a long time ago, I owed Ra a request. I put it off for so long because:
A. College.
B. Laziness
C. Chibiusa's hair is insanely hard to draw for some reason.
D. Did I mention her hair?

So after sheer amounts of will and RA determination (*pfft*) I finally decided to take a stab at it. And this is what came out.

While I am happy with this initial drawing, I do plan on re-doing this whole request in the near future because this is not what I can really do.

P.S.: I do take requests, no it's not for everyone, it's a case-by-case basis, and yes it takes somewhere from 2-5 months for me to finish them.
